Payment

Payment is via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit or debit card on the Paypal website to pay for your purchase.

Shipping

I ship orders upto 3 business days following payment. I ship using Royal Mail. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery, and they usually take 1-3 days to arrive . International orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked, and delivery times vary. US orders may take upto 4-8 weeks. European deliveries take on average 1-3 weeks. 

All import duties, fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds/Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, please do get in touch with me.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact me immediately -I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs). I will pay for postage if your purchase is faulty or damaged.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on earrings or custom orders unless faulty.

If your purchase does not arrive in the time frames specified above -please let me know. 

Additional information

All material used is sterling silver unless otherwise specified. Products will be hallmarked at the London Assay Office if they are above a certain weight, as per the 1973 Hallmarking Act.

I also use semi-precious stones, or handmade components by other artists in my work. It is important that you keep jewellery dry and avoid contact with perfumes and creams to ensure it has a long and happy life.

Please bear in mind that I photograph in natural light, but that there may be slight colour differences due to individual monitors and devices

Hallmarker Dealer's notice

All silver in excess of 7.78g is hallmarked at Goldsmith's Assay Office in London as per UK law.
